Catawiki's Collector’s Fair 2025 Gets Underway

One of the highlights of the Catawiki calendar is the Collectors Fair 2025, running now through March 17, designed to bring together traditional and modern collectables to an engaged audience of collectors. 

As part of this campaign, the focus of the Books and Historical Memorabilia team will be on 12 curated auctions including: 

  • Art Books Auction (Derrière le Miroir), a celebration of art and literature inclulding highly sought-after editions from the Derrière le Miroir series
  • Exclusive French Literature & Illustrated Books Auction
  • Exclusive Books Auction
  • Old & Rare Books Auction (Pre-1700) featuring early printed books and rare manuscripts
  • Exclusive Maps Auction, featuring rare and antique maps, showcasing the evolution of cartography and geographical exploration
  • Modern & Contemporary Art Books Auction (Expert's Choice), a selection of books on modern and contemporary art
  • Italian Maps, Views & Panoramas Auction
  • Literature & Illustrated Books Auction (Horror, Mystery, Sci-Fi)
  • Women Artists & Photographers Books Auction, a tribute to the contributions of women in the arts, featuring books on and by female artists and photographers
  • Photobooks No RP, significant photobooks, all with no reserve price
  • Going to the Movies Auction (Books on Cinema and Television)
  • Unique Artists Books, a selection of one-of-a-kind artist books that blur the boundaries between art and literature

In addition, the books team is showcasing two distinctive collections, Travel Treasure Collection (books and memorabilia that celebrate the spirit of exploration, from vintage travel guides to accounts of great voyages and discoveries), and the History Connoisseur Collection (books and documents that chronicle key historical moments, featuring rare editions and firsthand accounts).
